There are a ton of new options for setting meetings and appointments for your clients and prospects. Gone are the days of “what times are you available”, “that doesn’t work I have to pick up the kids” or “this guy thinks I want to meet at 3 on a Friday?” We recommend 365 bookings but there are other options available. These applications integrate directly with your calendar and you can publish the times and the buffer time needed for each appointment. Set 1-hour appointments only on Wednesdays, no problem. Want to only schedule calls for weekdays after 1, not a problem. The key here is to eliminate the productivity killer of coordinating meetings and calls. They can also be created for teams of people. Have a team of accountants and a book of clients and just need any client to meet with an accountant, not a problem for these systems.
