Video Conferencing
Today we are going to talk about Video conference tools. A quick note before we go much further, just because everyone now has video conference tools doesn’t mean what used to be a phone call now needs to be a video. I don’t need to see Mary’s cat or Little johnny running around with no pants on just for you to give me pricing on some products. Anyway, most everyone is familiar with Zoom and Microsoft teams. Companies should also consider making their conference rooms video-ready.
The products are now coming back into stock to be able to cover an entire conference room for video and audio. Firms should also make sure remote workers have laptops with integrated mic and video for any video conference or teams meetings they may have. Many different VOIP solutions may also integrate or include video conferencing solutions. Bottom line, if we learned anything from the last two years it is to have the right technology in place to work from anywhere.
